the resources to hire someone to create and maintain the site, someone else

We can help - we've made it simple. Tell us you want a commerce site and you'll be up and
running quickly. We've created a simple commerce engine that can adapt to fit your web site.
We've built three simple sample sites:
- The simplest form with a single level of categories and the basic Your Cart and Checkout buttons.
- If you need more you then you might want to look at a site
with two levels of categories. In this case our engine has been wrapped around our sites style and
look.

The pieces that make up the site can be placed anywhere you want and the style and look of each
piece is customizable. The pieces you can have include:
- The menu - this let's you have links to other pages in your site and to the three main pages of
the catalogue - the browser, cart management and checkout.
- The categories - the system is designed with three levels of categories - but you don't have to
use them. If you only have a few products on your site you can have a single page browser. You can
also split the categories up so that the main categories are in one place and sub categories are
elsewhere.
- The search tool - this is useful for large sites with many products - you can have a search
tool that will let your users find what they need on your site.
- The contact page - this is useful if you want people to be able to contact you easily to ask
questions about the products. The question is mailed directly to you and copied to the customer
- or whatever you want.
- The membership pages - need users to log in before they shop or to keep information about
them up to date. Can do (note feature not shown).
- The product information - this is probably the most flexible. The product information can be
placed anywhere you like. The system keeps space for the name, description, page image, a blow up
image and a multitude of options for each product.
- The administration pages - obviously you have to be able to manage the products or you'd
have to pay us ($25/hour) to do it for you. So there are a full set of administration pages
that let you manage the categories, products and orders.
We'll customize it for you, register it, host it, manage your mail and DNS names for you. You pay for
the Internet Merchant account and domain registration fees. We can even help you load up your products
and design the rest of your site for a small fee. What's the catch? Nothing - we take a small percent
(as low as 3%) of your web sales - that's it.
