It's obviously nice to know who you're dealing with, so let me introduce you to a couple of people you might run into here:

François Picard is a native to the Montreal area, but he has spent a lot of time traveling with the Canadian Navy where he also earned his degree as an Electrical Engineer. After leaving the Navy François entered the world of computers. He worked on many different projects as a consultant and eventually found his way into hi-tech training.

Training wasn't enough, and so François pulled up stakes in Ottawa and moved back to Montreal as a contract trainer and consultant. After traveling some more and visiting Rome where he was totally impressed, thus came NewRoma.

Helping François out in the web-hosting world is Rob Scrimger. Rob has been working with computers since high school and really doesn't know anything else. He met François when they were both training with the same company in Ottawa. In addition to his web-hosting expertise, Rob is also an author of technical books and a hi-tech trainer. He has most recently gotten back to development and built the e-commerce engine used at NewRoma.net.

Both François and Rob are MCSEs and MCTs and have been working in the computer field for more years than either cares to remember.
